Not satisfied and do you not want the article? Then you have the right to return the items within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery.
What should you do?
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please notify us of your decision to return your item. You can do this via the following return channel: https://babyphine.shipping-portal.com/rp/. Here you follow all steps until you receive a return label. Beware! Returns are only possible within 14 days. After this period you can no longer request a return.
If the customer wishes to return his purchase, the customer will return the items in perfect condition (as delivered), with label and in the original packaging, or return them to Baby'phine. This is done at your own risk and expense of the customer. The requested return ticket, worth € 6.50 (Belgium) or € 8.50 (Netherlands) or other countries, will therefore be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
Only if the reason for return is because we sent you an incorrect or damaged item, the return costs are of course for us and will be refunded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following articles:
- Items bought with a discount
- Articles that no longer bear the original labels
- Items that are not in new condition, have been worn, have sweat stains, are stained
- Items that are damaged
- Items that have been washed
- Personalized items
Once Babyphine has received the product of the products, we will proceed to a payment within the period of 14 calendar days. If you would like to exchange for a larger size or another item, then order the item online again, to minimize the chance until your return arrived with us. Upon receipt of your return, you will immediately receive a refund for your returned item (excluding shipping costs if made from our return portal).
Of course, returns only apply to a purchase online. Items purchased during a homesale cannot be returned. The consumer cannot refund or financial intervention from Baby'phine for reasons that are clearly stated in the general terms and conditions of the website and / or physical store.
